CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 164(JUD) "An Act prescribing the rights                                       
of grandparents related to child-in-need-of-aid hearings; and amending                              
Rules 3, 7, 10, 15, 17, and 19, Alaska Child in Need of Aid Rules of                                
Procedure" was read the second time.                                                                
                                                                                                    
Senators Olson, Halford, Taylor, Ward, Pearce, Green, Cowdery,                                      
Davis moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as cross                                        
sponsors on the bill. Without objection, it was so ordered.                                         
                                                                                                    
Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be                                    
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Senator Ellis                                
objected.
